Well I sat down and type up one of my recipes today. If anyone is interested in it I will post it.
It's Cajun Shrimp Pasta (Can use Chicken instead of Shrimp for those of you *cough*NA*cough* who don't like Shrimp)

If you want FULL FULL Octain... change the Half & Half for all Heavy Cream.
