Well I sat down and type up one of my recipes today. If anyone is interested in it I will post it.

It's Cajun Shrimp Pasta (Can use Chicken instead of Shrimp for those of you *cough*NA*cough* who don't like Shrimp)

HAHAHA! If you use chicken make sure to cut it in about bit sized strips, and you'll need to cook it a bit longer than you do with shrimp.

If you want FULL FULL Octain... change the Half & Half for all Heavy Cream. Grin
