I also hate people who don't use their seatbelt, and their excuse is ''I forgot to use it'' Well, you don't forget that kind of things unless your either drunk or think that the seatbelt looks bad on you.

I actually don't care about this one. Personally, I always wear my seat belt because I want to be safe. Those idiots that choose not to wear their seat belt, I say fine...power to them. It's Darwinism at it's finest if they do crash and die. The sat belt only risks that individuals safety not anyone elses' on the road, so I could care less. But the ell phones...that puts everyone around them in a potentially hazardous situation.

Unfortunately this isn't exactly true. It's a fact if you are seat belted when you are driving and you have to make an emergency/quick move (stop, turn to avoid, etc...) then you are much better able to control your vehicle and avoid the accident. So in my opinion the DRIVER, and anyone under 18 should be required by law to wear their seat belts. Driver for others safety, and those under 18 cause there pretty much all stupid.

See now helmet laws I disagree with... if you don't want to wear a helmet and you get into an accident the only one's brains splattered all over the road is yours.

Well I just arrived in Canada a few hours ago (drove from New Jersey). It started snowing about 2hrs into the drive, and you wouldn't believe how many people I saw on their cell phones.

On a side note, I saw literately 10-15 cars in ditches or stuck on the side of the road. One actually came about 5 feet from side swiping our car after bumping into the rail, it ended up in the middle of the road, in a ditch. I bet he/she was on their phone.
