No PM after Email

I received an email telling me I had a PM here yesterday. I went to read it and the site says I have no new messages. It may have been a reply from Trek.

Have you received any PMs recently? Maybe the e-mail was slower than the PM... I'm not sure what the problem could be, but I'm hoping the e-mail may have been for a PM you already saw...

No, I have never seen a PM here. But I got the notification 10:03 AM PST on Friday. Is it possible for the sender to recall a PM?
