Anyone good at PostNuke?!?

I am looking at making the whole site on a portal system, and don't know much about them... I am playing with PostNuke on another server, and like the basics...

I want to find someone that might no more about configuring the whole thing, developing a theme similar to what I have now, and integrating a reviews section, forum, and other static pages...

I know IceNine is the PHP Guru, but I think Ineed to at least get the basics laid down...
