The only problem is that it will be held up in appeals for years. Check out the Wiki entry on the westboro church. Their leader was a lawyer and he'll do everything he can to hold up the courts. If I recall, several of his family are lawyers as well.
In any case, his congregation is nothing more than a bunch of inbred morons. More than half of them are his relatives. He'll die and the world will be better for it.
