While some are playing along... others (slugbug, Jynxx, Cheeze) are benching to their local Speed Test server. I wanna see the results to the Bigbruin server by running this:

Well, sure... I could just put this up too:
But we've all seen that one before...
And as a sad note... My office's pitiful AT&T DSL gets 1262/32 to the Bigbruin server. The service was down 6 hours yesterday and 5 hours on Friday... And when your work day is only 4 hours long, that kinda sucks!

ok, that was a glitch in my one of my local tests (not possible with a DOCSIS 2 modem, let alone a DOCSIS1.1 system  )
more realistic is
! cthink your server/connection is getting hammered
on multiple tests i got
411/1200
912/1487
847/1000
11,400/1561 (that was decent, but the ping was 350ms + !!!)
the link back to my local test (seattle)
gets
OR some horrible low number with some horribly high ping 
direct for home through the speednet site to dallas, gives me
fairly consistantly (upload is usually a little closer to 1500, comcast's limit from this area.)
