wow..
i dont frequent much, but doc i've known you for quite a while back from the ianag days (ahhh good times).. God willing you'll get through this, all you need is the will power, and the right friends pushing you along, its great news that you found a donor in your sister, i really hope the treatment works out and you can live up to that name of yours  doc feelgood. Wish the best for your moms treatmeant as well.
