That score I posted is the best out of about 10 tries; it seems that depending on what server you choose, there's quite a bit of difference as to what you score.... _________________

Time of day helps, too. I did one late last night that was less than what I posted on download, but over 4.6k on upload... on the same NYC server.
Best bet is to check when everyone else isn't online. |

Seattle may not be the closest physically, but the fiber optic cables that connect AK to the rest of the world run down to WA (direct under sea cables), so Seattle is the server that requires the fewest hops.
I pay for 7000/384 so my numbers are pretty close to advertised. Latency numbers aren't too bad either considering it's a 1400 mile one way trip. _________________

Look at the latencies though spire. Speeds are good to both, but you won't find lower latencies than Seattle. _________________
