Linux PC on an Outlet

A while back, someone posted a link to a Linux box that was the size of a power outlet cover and had very few hookups. I went through the search and archives and couldn't locate it. Does anyone remember (or know) the device I'm talking about and maybe have a link?

The reason I'm looking is because I need to get a really, really SMALL computer to transmit data received from a wireless camera (802.11) and send the data across the network to a primary server. A machine with UPS and water-resistant capability would be great. Maybe there are some other ideas that people can provide?
