Nope,
Just did a search on Newegg for mATX motherboards with 2- Pci-e x16 slots and there are none for amd or intel cpu's. May be one out there, but if so it's very obscure and definitely not mainstream.
Even if there is, I'm not sure how well the mATX form factor would deal with the increased loads an SLI setup would place on it. _________________

96 dollars shipped isn't bad if you already have the hardware such as a faster 939 socket cpu good mem and some older sli capable vid cards... It may even be a cool base for a unique case build...
In any case your post made me curious..
