I tell ya what that fire ticked me off. In the grand scheme of things although it had great potential to do a lot of damage it did not. No structures burned no one hurt but since it was in Hollywood it got like 6 hours of non stop coverage on EVERY local channel. Maybe the God's were felling my anger LOL

Well said EC, there are a lot of idiots here but the state does have a lot to offer as well. I have lived in a lot of places and despite some draw backs California is one of my favorites. Where else can you be a 90 min drive from a ski resort at the same time you are 20 min from the beach?
