The worst part of the new C&C is that they released with different bonus versions. I'm not a big fan of these publishers that use multiple releases of the same game with different additions just to get more money out of me. I mean, $75 for a game is a bit steep. I could do $35 without batting an eye and $45 is about my limit for a new release, with some notable exceptions (Like Spore). I'm hoping the prices come down soon and I can get a Kane version. |

How big is that Lint Ball?
I cant wait for spore, and i will be trying out Stalker (about damn time 5 years indevelopment) i also hope to get ahold of C&C, Tiberian Sun was my favorite out of them all, and the Demo for 3 was very similar  |

Did you know there's a Spore wiki? I found it the other day while cruising for the latest news. Apparently, some execs released that Spore is due around the end of September. This was from the bean counter execs so I'm sure we'll see something there. Of course, they treat Will Wright like George Lucas so there may yet be another delay.
I spent my entire weekend playing EQ so I didn't try the C&C Demo. I did download it though. Maybe I'll try it on Thursday. Interestingly, I did read about C&C and the devs said they were ignoring the events of red alert and taking the story as a series so it stands to reason that a lot of it is the same. |
