Video card died, Not sure what killed it

Please take a look and read the text. Like i said on the pic ,I played with this card for awhile. The PSU i have is the one that came with the case, the raidmax case, I was not having any troubles till 15 days ago when while playing a game it crashed. and then the system would not boot, my friend had a geforce mx200 or something like that and it booted the system, so Im pretty sure the card is dead, just not sure if the PSU caused it to die or if it was just old age of the card?

Anythoughts?

i try and see if its still under a warrienty and send it in for a rma .good luck . but as to why its a computer part they die for no reason at any time !

its a BFG, but Im not able meant the requirements for the warranty.

Would you think it was the Power supply caused the card to die?

You say you pushed it pretty hard... Overclocking or just heavy usage?

mainly heavy usage

Played fear,hl2,CSS dod,cod for many many hours, at 16:10 screen size size (1680x1050) with all high settings in the games, no OC

I know the card is going bad as it was starting to slow down,Im not 100% sure if the card just died or if the PSU had something todo with it.
