Pretty nice setup for a intro to Linux or for a basic file server.
Specs:
1GHz Duron
ECS K7S5A Motherboard (onboard LAN, Audio, USB)
256MB Memory
Radeon 9200SE Video Card
PCI Add-On IDE Controller
1x 16GB Maxtor drive (for boot)
2x 40GB Maxtor drives in software RAID1 (for storage)
2x hot swap drive bays for RAID array drives
1x IDE ZIP drive
1x IDE CDRW drive
1x floppy drive
Beige case and power supply
CentOS Linux 4.4 - current as of today. configured as personal desktop with a few server functions added on (FTP, HTTP).
Runs great. Nice and quiet. Was used for a FTP server and local file server. Now I just want to start clearing out my place and will be selling a bunch of things off...
