anyone have something for about $30? I like nvidia over ati because the driver support in linux is a little better imo. This is for a server that I would like to free up the resources that the onboard video takes up.

thx

so, you want a PCI-X video card? Why not make things easier and go PCI? I had a PCI 128MB GeForce 6200 that I was going to use in there, but it it now in my Mini-ITX box. $50 I think, from Tiger Direct. There are even better PCI cards out now, I think ATI has 1300 and 1600s.

hmm, I will look at standard PCI...just figured to use PCI-X instead so I have a std PCI slot left over...right now I'm running bottom two pci-x at pci speeds.
