Got me some side-work to do. Coworker wants a new pc and I said I'd build it for him. Told him total cost about $1000 would be ideal for him....no gaming besides texas hold'em.

Here is the final specs, ordering tomorrow...

Coolermaster Case
Seagate Hard Drive
Sunbeam PSU
Enermax 120mm fan
OCZ Ram
BenQ 19" LCD
Sony 16x DVD Burner
ASUS MB
AMD 4600+ AM2

TOTAL SHIPPED: $1071.49

Since I am building him a new PC he's compensating the motherboard I need for myself. Going with a Foxconn 6150K8MA-8EKRS. I am only using this computer for local backup, server [file and print] and some cd/dvd ripping. So I'm just going with the onboard video. I've never installed a Foxconn MB and besides the reviews I have nothing to rely on.

Thanks for suggestions/comments!

I know EC...I already have that as an 'option' along with the x2 4600 if he wants a little more speed and space.

besides that, anything else?

Why two different boards with about the same specs? Looking to see which one is better? (and then keep it).

if you mean motherboards by boards, then no I am not testing which one I like better, one is AM2 and other is 939. The 939 MB will be for my new system, I already have 4x80GB drives, case, A64 3200, DVD burner...just need a MB and DDR400 Ram.
