Had elk burgers on the grill for supper out at the farm. talk about good!! Probably the best burgers I've ever had.

Man I am envious it has been a long time since I have had any Elk, My cousin makes some of the best Elk jerky I have ever had

I've ate just about everything that has walked, slithered, swam and flew from the game lands of PA, NC, SC, WV, and PA. Bear being one of them.. I like, plan on getting my bear stamp this year. ..Maybe I'll have some of it in the freezer this winter.

I still have 20lbs of deer in my freezer from last season. Probably 3-5 pounds of trout, bass and catfish from fishing this year.

I think next weekend I'm gonna throw a couple venison steaks and some taters on the grill. Smile
