I want to adapt some super quiet 120mm case fans to exaust heat from an entertainment system cabinet. Any ideas? Looking for the cheapest and easiest way. Thanks.

There are 110V 120mm fans for such things. Or, there are also 110VAC ~ 12VDC adaptors from places like Radio Shack. I have one I use to test things like fans, pumps, etc...

I thought of those and I even have one I think. So just run the adapter at 12V and splice the wires together?

Do you know of anywhere I can find these 110V fans?

I'd look around at hardware and local electronic stores. But if you go online I know www.newark.com has some.

If you get really crazy, we have some 230V 120mm Pabst fans at work. Steel blades, like 100 cfm each.
