AC Ryan was kind enough to send me a few 450x450mm UV Green Acrylic sheets to work with, so that's what I'm going to be cutting the grills out of. I do like the color, but feel it's best suited for nuclear or radioactive designs, so I grabbed an image off the net and copied the outline from AC Ryan's MeshX grill to use as a template.
