See why we need my idea of a User's License for computers...

Class A get full access and Admin powers
Class B get limited admin
Class C regular PC users
Class D limited user functions
Class E get extremely limited functions and no return key.

Those touching a machine without a license get executed.

PC's would have a credit card swiper to verify access limitations.

Read this Friday. It's amazing how stupid people can get. Aside from not knowing what linux is but just not following instructions clearly given by the dev.
