That's right ... it's a 1971 Super Beetle VW Grin Just picked it up today. The engine and transmission is in good shape. Just need about a 100 other little things fixed Smile When that's all done it's getting a new paint job Smile

69 Charger Daytona... ....the one with the wing and coned nose.

A hand build engine of 500+ cid and a Richmond 6spd manual tranny.

I have 2 dream vehicles...
A Ridley Automatic Motorcycle and the Carver. Obviously, the Carver would be for bad weather. Grin

1968 Shelby GT 500.

Dream would be in blue... but I'd take that car, and run over my grandma to get it. Laughing

the ecomobile is a motorcycle that's enclosed and has training wheels. The carver is a trike that rolls and leans. It was onTop Gear. There were a bunch of other dream cars I'd love to have too, like Bugatti's Veyron, and they're all showcased on Top Gear. The problem with most of these uber cars is the operating cost. I like the 68 cobra, and it's more affordable. I'd prefer to think of a dream car as something less practical and more for show. Have you seen the Smart ForTwo? Pretty sweet but UK/European only.
