New Bedroom TV (and HTPC monitor)

Saw on Slickdeals.net that Staples was blowing these out, so I picked one up for the bedroom... Good looking 27" LCD screen for a no name brand (Norcent). Has analog PC connection, a few component and composite connections, an s-video, and coax for the NTSC tuner. Will do HDTV widescreen at 720p.

Tested it out on the laptop....

Nice! We just have my old 27" JVC in the bedroom right now, one of these days though I do hope to get something like that. The d@m JVC will only do 640x480.

What'd you pay for it?

Here is the TV on PriceGrabber going for $635 to over $800.

I got it for $499 (plus tax) with free delivery. And it was delivered the next day!

I really like it so far! Nice on screen controls / menus... good picture... lots of connections. The remote seems ultra-cheap though, so I hope that lasts (or at least is compatible with some universal ones).
