omfg cause it's black and blue? Get DFI cause it performs. Stop buying the pretty colored VW beetle and get the go-faster-yellow Ferrari.
LOL that's also why I picked the Asus Extreme EN7800GT , Its Blue and has a blue LED in the fan. DFI might be a but ugly kick a$$ overclocker but I am not really big on overclocking. ASUS never gave me an ounce of grief so why change. At these gas prices instead of screaming up to the pumps, I'd rather buzz on bye in my Bug ( I really don't know just how that fits in but I just like to read myself type)

If was buying a board for long term use and I didn't have any OCing plans. I would probably go with the Asus over the DFI as well.

(But in case your wondering... I'd buy the DFI cause I want it all and I want it now!!!!! Laughing )

You know, my SLi-DR board has SPDI/F, 2 gigalan ports, 2 firewire ports, 8 USB and the internal connections for sata, ide and etc are just as numerous and impressive. Here's a pic. Since taking this picture, I've cleaned up the cables a lot and removed the IDE hard drives in favor of a sata drive. I need to get a new pic, and I will, but not just yet.

Dig the heat sink. Grin

BTW, if anyone has a spare blue or black sleeving kit for the PSU cables, send me a PM or something.

Yer not alone my friend. My Athlon XP-M 2400+ has been faithful and shall continue forth in such operations for quite awhile more.

Just called up MS. I called them *for the second time* and got a new CD-Key. First time I used it to many times on my computer. Second time was because I lost mine. So far I've heard of people getting charged for new cd-keys but I haven't yet. If they try it. Call back and see if you get someone new.

Yes, should give you the choice to activate XP over the phone. You'll call them, and give them a long number, then they'll give you a response number. That'll activate you manually. I have to do it about once or twice a month. Which sucks because I have no idea which key I've used on which computer!!! ARGH!

I think when Vista comes out, I might see about getting a volume license version for like 6 or 10 computers LOL
