I'm starting to price out an upgrade to a A64 system, and I've got to the point where cooling is the subject. I'd like to get the best heatsink available for the 939, but I prefer to use a 120mm fan(92 is as small as I'll go).
I do intend to overclock as far as I can using a A64 3700+.
I've all ready selected these items.
DFI Lanparty SLI(the higher end version)
GF 7800GT (one for now, get a second later as prices come down)
1GB(2x512) of Geil ONE CAS 1.5 DDR400
and a new PSU.
Heatsink is the last thing..
My existing XP-M system will get down clocked to run cool and quiet(no play on AMD's trademark) to serve as my media PC-replaceing this Celeron 366mhz system.

I'll throw another vote Thermalright's way... I have a few I have tested from a few mfgs, and the SI-120 is pretty solid. The Tuniq Tower 120 may be the best, IMO, but try to find one and try to fit it in a typical system!!!
I would like to suggest a couple of good heatsinks.
!. Scythe Ninja (awesome performer)
2. Thermaltake Big Typhoon (best price to performance ratio)
3. TR XP-120 (a legend)
4. Zalman 9500 (expensive, but great in close environments)
