You don't have a Fry's back there do you? They are good. Cables so small are generally not worth going online for.

Check some place like CompUseless, or a small mom & pop local store.

Compworthless would be my last choice, $15 for a 6 footer and MORE expensive the shorter you get! Confused
If you must go online, try PCMICRO through this link
Quality, snagless boot, Cat 5e, 7 colors, 1' for $0.70, with free shipping

I usually make my own, but the ends and boots cost me that much.
the free shipping helps too.

yeah, WTF is wrong with you, BB? Make your own, slacker. It doesn't take much. I've made countless cables for work and a few for home. My access point, vonage router and dsl modem/router are all connected with 6 inch cables cause that's all they need. I've also made a crossover cable for use with a barrel (female-female rj45 connector) that's 2 inches long so when I need a crossover, I just plug that in to a regular patch cable and there's no need to carry an extra 6 foot length of cable. Grin

If you don't know how to make the cables, or need the tools, you can get everything at radioshack to start with and the ISO standards are online.

I'm not making them... that is for sure. For 70 cents, it isn't worth buying all the peices and wasting my time doing it. In general, I have so many cables laying around it doesn't matter. But, I need these shorties, and don't like how crowded it looks with 3 footers looped and zip tied behind the router/modem/switch/NAS...

Good find. Thanks T-Shirt!

And I can make cables, and have all the stuff for making them. But at that price I'd buy them too! (I make special long cables, I avoid making standard length ones when ever possible)
