I bought a Radeon 9800pro from them about 8 months ago and it died within 6 months, which I know isn't their fault. They gave me an RMA number on August 22nd and I shipped it back to them the next day. According to USPS delivery confirmation they recieved the package on August 25th. Since that time I have not heard a word from them. I have sent 4 emails, 2 to rma@z-buy.com, 1 to customerservice@z-buy.com, and 1 to complaint@z-buy.com. Got no reply to any of those emails. I have tried to call their 800 number 3 times, once I got no answer and the other times I was put on hold for over a half hour.

I've pretty much given up on ever getting the card back and I know there is nothing I can do about it, except complain about it and give them negative press on any public medium I can find... Laughing

Luckily you used USPS.... tell the company if you don't hear from them in 48 hours you will be filing a complaint with the US Postal Inspectors.

I have threatened twice now to submit the matter to the FBI's internet fraud division as well as the US post office and my local police department, apparently they don't care. I will do the first two now, save the local police for... never, probably, they have more to worry about.

Yep, that's what I would do. Also, see about filing a suit against them in small claims.
