Louis Farrakhan is telling his followers that the levees in New Orleans were intentionally blown up in an effort to kill off the city's black population. Who in their right mind or even close to normal thinking would believe that? I for one am sick of people blaming everything on race when things dont go the way they want them to.

They were talking about it on talk radio about a week ago. Even replayed the tape of Rev. Farrakhan's speech on Rush L's show. People believe what they want to believe, no way we can stop that and lack of education just helps the whole thing along.
As a reasonable person I'm inclined to discount the Rev. opinion, but the fact is that someone somewhere should have known a levee built to withstand a Cat. 3 hurricane would fail in a Cat 5 storm. Seems pretty straight forward to me, sort of like the idea that a town built 20ft. below sea level is going to flood eventually.
