I'm really happy with my MSI board, and would recommend them on to anyone else. By the way, what kind of "cheap" computer has 2gb RAM? Sounds like if you really want a cheap computer you should stick to 512 or 1gb and send the rest to me.
a cheap computer means one where you dont pay a lot of cash. If he likes the friend and has 2 gb left from his old rig that may be incompatible with his curent rig or just inferior to his curent ram. Then that would be cheap. He already owns it. But I would only stick one ram stick in. 2gb is overkill unless you toss a 9800 or somen into it.
You got a decent processor. Combined with half the ram you have (1gb) and hell even grab a 9600xt or somen. He can play curent games at decent fps. and not that cheap. Well she does have a brand new 600w PSU, and a brand new (not even used 1 hour before figured out her old system wouldn't support it, and put the old card back in - thankfully!) GeForce 6600GT OC AGP. So she'll be pretty well set, after she gets the MB
i got some compaq 400mhz celeron desktops...small footprint...they suck but work...it is gunna be a minicluster of 4 in my room... _________________ Ignore this^^
