i am not confusing anything...i am saying that when you buy sapphire products from newegg its a 2 year no questions asked return policy...i have never and hope to never deal with sapphire support...but i love thier cards and that agreement with newegg was extremely helpfull...

Where do you see that NE has a 2 yr return policy on Sapphire products? I see they SELL warranties on Sapphire (and most other products) but nothing that says NE has some special deal with Sapphire.

the person that i spoke with on the phone about the rma told me...i called in my rma just to make sure it was done right because it was my first...

Maybe NE made a deal with Sapphire that Sapphire would take back any hardware NE sent them, becasue NE knew Sapphire had a high failure rate.

I am a dedicated newegg person. But I refuse to buy newegg. I baught a 9200 (i think it was) it died after a weeek. NE returned it, sent me a new one. New one was doa. NE returned it. Next one doed at 3 weeks. NE refunded money.

I now buy exclusivly power color. Some ppl say they suck. I have had great luck with them. Have baught, installec about 20+ powercolors in peoples computer. Never had one call back and say it wasnt working.

But ne return policy's kick a$$ in my opinion.

For video cards, I've usually bought PNY in the past, had to excahnge one of them, and they did a great job of their "lifetime" warranty. Upgraded it to the 2nd top of the line at that time. Was a great upgrade Smile

My newest card is BFG, heard they have incredible warranty on them. Hopefully never have to find out LOL

OMG I cannot believe i said that. YEs thats what i meant. NO I WILL NOT BUY NEWEGG!! nah. I wont buy saphire is what I meant. I worked a hard day. I had 18 patiends 5 total (4 i had to feed) and 3 assist patients. so out of 18 patients 8 needed a lot of care. Cut me some slack

Hellfire, your not only one who has had luck with them. I have one card 6 years old buy them that was once thrown against wall. Still works.

Then again old hardware just dont die.
