I see some of the specs say SATA-II interface, but the model and details make them look to be a previous generation of SATA 1.0 drive.

Thats a Barracuda 7200.7... I have one of those in 200GB, and 2 in 80GB. From the reviews, I now have 2x 200GB at 7200.8, which is also SATA 1.0
And, from conversations with the Seagate rep and the data on their site, I don't know if they have jumped on SATA-II yet.
