I don't have a 2x512MB set, but I do have a decent dual channel kit of 2x256MB Geil PC3200 2-3-3-6 timings.

I overclocked it to 240 MHz (480 DDR), but it could probably do more, my system was kinda weak that used this, and most recently it has been used in a system at 133 MHz.
