Yea, it works. I ended up doing a new install of Windows. I had just installed it anyway so it wasn't a big deal. Now here's the thing though: It's not very loud. I have to turn my speakers (Klipsch pro-media ultra 5.1) up halfway to hear anything and it's not that much.
