OK, so I am browsing the geeks.com site and something ridiculous catches my eye... An aluminum keyboard, done up in gold, for $129. So, at that price I assume it must be real gold plate, even though I don't know why anyone would want that... But it isn't, just "Gold color plated". And its an ugly old looking keyboard.

Is the carrying case the expensive part?

Yes, I did say gold color plated.
Diamonds would be nice though... maybe just cubic zirconias. |
