Right click on My computer, go to remote tab and enable it. Then on the computer you want to connect with, if you don't have an icon any place for Remote Desktop Connection, do a Start -> Run -> MSTSC -> OK. Then type in the name or IP of the computer.

hm easy enough...any delay or anything i cant do?

Very little delay... and I wouldn't game over it... but other than that it works just like your physically sitting at the machine.

Same basic principal & software is how we manage desktops & servers in the corporate world.
