So I found a Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB for $95 shipped (used, of course). I decided to go with this AGP card and wait a year or so before making the leap to PCI-e, SATA, etc.
Now, my 'current' card is an nVidia 5700LE. This means it is about half as good as a vanilla 5700. Anyone interested in seeing some benchmarks as a comparison?
If not, I don't care, I'll post them later anyway.

I have a 5700LE, it blows nuts, no need to see benchmarks that make me feel bad

and if you dont like that just add another $200 to get something totoally sick hehehe
