is there such a thing?? i have 2x 2.8ghz p4ht's sitting around and well, im bored.... very lol.... i need a dual motherboard if they make one ...i cant find one for some reason...

They'd have to be the exact same models and stepping (do p4s have stepping?).... I would think.

I don't think there are dual Socket 478 boards... 370, 603/604 yes... never saw one for 478 anyway.

All Dual Intel boards require Xeon's. Just like all Dual AMD board require either MP's (can modify some XP's to think they are MP's) or Operton.
