I found a Sony STR-S5 receiver at Goodwill for $8 today. It has plenty of powah for my Infinity speakers.
It has two speaker outputs, so I can have one of my other sets hooked up also. I turned the volume up so loud the roof started lifting up and it didn't flinch. Another thing is that the woofers in these speakers weren't even moving enough to see, so that means they were made to go pretty damn loud.
I'm happy until I can afford a vintage tube setup.
