Errr... I can't say I've ever heard of "ToIP".. I did a quick search on it at google... and it just appears that overseas companies are using it and VoIP in the same context.
I might be wrong... but that's how it appears to me.

Yup just a different phrase for the same thing.
They want to be sure you understand that VoIP extends beyond voice, to all the functions included in 'Telephony',
but I think they've just confused the market.
what i understood was that VoIP was from a normal phone with a special component just after to put the voice on IP packet and ToIP was a special phone doing it alone

or more used term IP Telphony.
