Prolly at work spork snet me a pic that had simlar speeds and it was his 45mbit work internets.

I ran that test from one of our Quad 3.06Ghz 8GB servers running across the network. Actually I think the thing choked, because there is a 20mb internet pipe. And at that time of night I doubt that much of it was being used.
