I had a problem with mine i still need to rma them. my problem was the function buttons were all switched, and now my keyboard jsut plain doesnt work...the mouse works fine, but i tried everything so i would suggest if its too much of a prblem to jsut rma it, they come with 2 year warrantys.

Hi Warlock, welcome!

How does the regular mouse work with that setup? Does it have issues like the MX laser mouse?

What about your mousing surface... is it even and smooth? I got a new mouse at work and using the pad that came with it (Ugh, Dell) it jumps all over too!

my mx also became terrible in games.... i think my problem is related to the battery but every once in a while my cordless mx700 would jump to a different position.....

im back to the old corded mouse for the majority of my computing needs.

you arent lifting the mouse w/o knowingit are you?? is your mousepad surface really reflective?? that can all affect it....

i have an mx1000 myself and i couldnt be happier

if you wanna spend the bux i recommend it... you can lift it and all that w/o any problems and using mine daily the battery lasts a few weeks b4 i need to charge it.
