You would need access to the root of the server for php, so what kind of hosting do you have? If it is shared, you may already have php... and phpBB isn't too hard from there.

I am now changing my site i found out the site i was working with didnt' support phpbb ok then thanks you all. i will do another post if i need help on my site this furum can be locked.

You can link to your own if you have hosting for images somewhere, or there is a thread in the Site Issues section where you can upload one... if you don't like any in the gallery found in your Profile.
