Well did what I was originally going to do and put the order in for 2 Seagates
Really sad part is went to local Best Buy to pick up a couple DVD's, and checked the HD's there. They had the 2mb cache sata drive there and the sales guy REALLY tried to convince me I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the 8mb and 2mb, or ATA vs SATA, or 1 big 160gb vs 2 80gb in RAID 0
Was REALLY funny, especially when others came up and told the guy he was nuts and to go back to kindergarten computer camp. LOL |

Best Buy? Yea, I dont like to go there either except for DVD's. Just thought I'd check the drives out while I was there. Figured if I could get them for about 20% more for what I could online then I'd just pick them up. Needless to say I didn't get any from there and ordered them from mwave.com |

IBM created the deathstar, then if i remember right they sold their division to Hitachi afterwards.
As for Drive brands, I got WD's a plenty in the server, and 1 nice 400GB Seagate.
I'm going Seagate from here on out. _________________ Jinsei to uchuu to subete no koate wa.. yonjuuni |
