Going with a friend to make some "homemade" beer.

There is a place here in St.Paul that runs a type of Micro Brewery where you purchase the ingredients, combine them in their vats, they monitor the temps/brewing process. At the end of two weeks we go bottle it, slap on our labels, chill and enjoy.

I'm looking at an Amber Ale called Dare Devil.....8.9%. They compare it to a brew called Sierra Nevada Bigfoot. Any of you "westerners" tried it??

Not many Ladies like beer (that I know of), so for one to endorse a beer at all.....it must be a good one!

Thanks!
