Bet ya $10 they only fine him and dont mess with the points. It would be way to unpopular a decision to cost him the Championship. He is with out a doubt the most popular driver in NASCAR.

I'm not really a baseball fan but just heard both the Angels and the Dodgers made the play offs as well. First time both local teams made play offs in the same year . Kinda cool if you are into baseball I guess.
