BTW, going to want to use it for any kind of DVR?

Wasn't planning on it. I already have a DVR from Dish in there.

I got a XP 3000+ instead of the 2500+, and a NEC drive instead of the Lite-On.

Hmmm... I'm thinking about making this into a sorta DVR type system.

I don't need tuner abilities, just input/output. Basically what I want to pipe my Dish Network into the SFF system, then for it to be able to pipe out the Video to the TV, and the audio to it's sound card/speakers.

So... any hints on what to use?? I'd like to use a external USB adapter if possible.
