you do have to feel a little bad for the kid, everyone has done some sort of goofy, dumb stuff, his is just to public and embarassing. But I still can't back the lawsuit, he put it on film (tape) and left it at school. The other kid was rude and maybe being mean. he should just get over it. if he (his parents) win the suit what does he gain (name change, plastic surgery, dumbass protection program relocation?) |
