DSL can't compete with Cable in my area... well for speed at least. I get between 5000-6500 down / 900-1100 up on cable for $45/month, while DSL seems to peak at 1000 down here for $25-30...

Dam guys... I'm paying $52.99 a month for my 1.5Mbps/1.0Mbps DSL, and when I called the cable company before they didn't have service to my house and were supposed to check it out and call me back.... never did.
Of course... I can get static IP's and host servers on my DSL which is something that cable doesn't let you do..... but those are some DAM nice speeds there BB!!!

damn man, a lot better than what we can get around here
My Comcast is currently supposed to be 3.0/.384 but the truth is I'm prob around 2 down or so. DSL isn't close to that speed, I don't know in fact if they have gone up to 1 Mbit
My aunt is paying $50 for basic cable TV and internet in Ocala, Florida. Speed is 1332 down, 138 up. The Sprint DSL is insane here though, $70 for 1.5Mbps. _________________ Due to a not-that-interesting turn of events, I am now known as Justin Danger.
