...but does anyone have or know where I can get a decent KT133A board, or a Socket A SDRAM board?

Maybe... I have an Asus K7V133 that is my Linux box right now, but it's going to be changed out for a KR7A board.

I have furture plans for it, but might be talked into changing them... LOL And I got 768MB of RAM for it too....

Look at some of the overstock kind of places... Quick look shows CompGeeks with a MSI KT133A board for $19.95!!

It's not as good as the special edition MSI with RAID that my friend had, but it'll work.

ECS K7VTA3 KT333 CHipSet - 5 PCI, AGP, parallel, serial, and 4 usb ports, onboard sound

that was part of a deal but counting all the things i payed like $25, maybe..

I'm giving him my KT133A board and getting an MSI KM266 board with DDR/SDR and integrated everything. I'll use it in my comp until I build another real computer like Dude00 and then make another printer computer with it (I have another C80 just waiting). Grin
