Power Outage

Wondering how many people from here are without power right now. Would suck to have no power with the temps where they are not to mention all the other things we need electricity to power. Hope they get it fixed soon.

I just was told that parts of New York already have their power back. Around here most are without power, dont know how I got lucky, but am thankful I am , so my children have a cool place to sleep. They were saying about 3 hours to get the electric back up just around here, and that was at 4:30. Havent heard anything on how Canada is getting along though, I believe almost all of Canada was without power.

Isn't Doc in the New Jersey area? Wonder if he is without power now.

Friggin CNN is about to piss me off with their speculation.

I was in Pennsylvania today and didn't know about it until I heard on the radio while driving home... Got here to see that the power did go out, but is back on for me... Much of NYC and further east in NJ is still out....

Just talked to my Parent's in southern NY and they have been in the dark since 4pm... Well, only talked to Pa... Ma is out in the car using the air conditioning... Laughing

Alot of places are closed, because many places don't have power still!!

Detroit still has no power, they are not expected to get any power till teh end of the weekend, I cannot imagine being without power for that long. If I am without power for more then an hour I am on the phone with the electric company griping for them to get it back up..LOL Guess I am spoiled!! LOL
