EXERCISE PROGRAM

Here's the exercise program I am using to stay in shape this year. You
might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become
more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE
STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.

NOW SCROLL DOWN...

NOW SCROLL UP...

That's enough for the first day
We don't want to overdo it!!!

LOL thankfully my wife and i have a different relationship. We're still best friends and pick on each other all the time. I'm sure I'd get a smack on my arm but it'd be worth it Smile

hehehehehehe.. sorry about the absence... this is my last quarter of college graduate in June.. GO ME!!! LOL SO I have 5 classes , work full time, and for those who dont know my son was reacently diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome so most of my spair time is spent with the family and researching this damn syndrome before I go to the next Dr for a 2nd opinion:)
